We can also offer an 'in-house' design service through LDC Design.
The initial consultation is a free service. Our structures design costs are confirmed as a fixed price. A scale of charges is available on request.

As contractors, we are generally appointed by the client or their consultant under a traditional form of contract.
On larger projects we can act as project managers and appoint the designer, consultants and construction specialists on behalf of the client. This management approach offers a very flexible format and ensures that accurate costs and construction logistics/details are considered at the outset.
The project costs are managed on an 'open book' basis.
